“Brian and Jen did a great job of learning about the community and making sure the materials were reflective of the United Way and conveyed the proper message,” Varma says, “but they did so much more than that. I particularly enjoyed how Brian would challenge us to think beyond our day-to-day operations and think about a concept that would show the community how valuable their dollars are. I think we really ended up with some of our best materials ever.”
